Graphical vs Terminal ?

Which will be more efficeint?

1) Runnning the graphical client that uses both processors to crunch one WU

2) Using the DP script that crunches one WU per processor?

Also, when the G5's first came there was a problem where the Terminal mode was unstable. Has this been resolved yet?

The GUI will only use one processor on a dual , the other sits Idle , so on a DP , you need to use the Script......
The G5s were unstable because of the core , so all three client styles had the same problem crashing on gromacs....
That got fixed in a BIG way with the new Gromacs core , Now both G4s and G5s run ~ 250 % faster and ~ 200 % for a G3

Indeed, the Graphical Client is only for One Processor so the script is for you.

Its very easy to setup so, please use it.
