I am trying to export to QT Movie in FCE and when I do it saves as a black screen that is about a second long.

any suggestions?

Are you exporting your sequence?

maybe you could tell us how you do that.

I usually right click the sequence (in the browser) that I'm working on then select Export ----> QuickTime Movie.
