I am ready to buy a DP G5 1.8 - while faster/better would be great - my ibook 933 is just about all I need so the 1.8DP is way overkill for me - no real sense in waiting for unannounced product.
Anyway, does anyone know of the chirping/noise reported has been fixed? Anyone buy a DP G5 recently - any noise issues?
