VERY URGENT howto sync upgrade of ipod touch

Am at airport, have 10 mins to either buy the latest ipod touch 32G at tax-free prices or not. I have an 8 gig touch but its fuil with photos, audios, podcasts and a few apps I use a lot, hence I;m considering getting the 32G

Would I be easily able to put all my stuff, including the apps on the new one (and decomission the old one) ? How ?

I stress - I must buy it within ten mins or get on the plane without it.

If old is synced with iTunes, you should be able to sync the new one with iTunes and keep your stuff.
