This is actually pretty cool. I know a lot of MacForum people probably aren't posting here, thinking "yawn" or "is this like coding or... or something?" The bunch of folks at xdarwin.org (http://www.xdarwin.org/) have put a lot of work into a UNIX environment that, unlike X11, can run UNIX/Linux apps full screen or whatever mode, far more flexible and VERY cool for the Mac platform to have. Linux/Unix is getting momentum what with even IBM saying "hmmm, we're tired of this Windoze crap" (rightfully so) for servers and even more far reaching. the xdarwin.org project is right along these lines and even better, it's maccentric. It's worth checking out.

I've been enjoying the articles lately. But this is the icing on the cake.....Quartz extreme goodness.
