Change Easy Setup options in FCE

Does anyone know of a way to go in and edit the Easy Setup presets in Final Cut Express?

Most notably, I want to edit a project in a 2.35:1 aspect ratio without needing to use the "widescreen" filter. I would love to change the project's actual pixel dimensions to make everything easier.

Ideas?
