HELP///best setting for compressor

I have final cut studio 2 and i am using the Compressor trying to upload a hd movie online. I use a sony HDR FX1 as a camera and i do not know what setting to use. I tried useing H.264 quicktime but the file was to big... SO can some body help thanks

Do the math for it... If you want your movie to be 10MB, calculate the bit rate based on your duration. What resolution do you want it at? Smaller the size, the less bit rate you need to make it look good. Still stick with H.264
