who's gotten their phone replaced for a dead pixel?

so my 3g has now has a little red dot that won't go away. i assume that's a dead pixel?

anybody gotten their phone replaced because of this?

I had a first gen iPhone with a dead pixel. I took it to an apple store and the genius changed it out for me - no questions.

i have a dead pixel on my iPhone. i plan on just living with it, but i'm sure if i contacted apple they would replace it for me.

What an odd thing to say. Why would you choose to live with it? 😕


Anyway.....
I had my iPhone replaced due to a dead pixel. It took the 'genius' about 2 seconds to make the decision to give me a fresh one.

Same here, iPhone 3G replaced in first week due to 2 dead pixels. No questions asked.

yep like everyone else had a whole bunch of dead pixels in the corner and a genius gave me a new iphone.

I did that. I don't really notice it anymore..... 😎

Luckily it was only a stuck pixel, though.
I can't get it 'unstuck'.
