iPod Certain Podcasts Are Bad?

I've been getting some podcats that will stutter and occasionally lock up the device. Even worse there are some that will refuse to play after X number of minutes. If I skip ahead, it just goes to the end of the file.

And all of these files work fine in iTunes. What should I do?
