I live in the UK and I am awaiting to receive one of the new Macbooks from Apple. At the moment I am using a wired connection for my desktop PC to connect to TalkTalk broadband, obviously with my new Macbook I want to go wireless, and therefore need to get a wireless router.

I've browsed quite a few websites and spoken to TalkTalk about what they offer and I was wondering if anyone has any experience of using any of the following routers with a Macbook, could recommend any others, if anyone's used any of them with TalkTalk, and/or which might be easier to setup.

  • Huawei 520 - This is the one TalkTalk sell for about £40
  • Linksys WAG200G
  • Belkin F5D7632UK4A
  • Netgear DGB111GUK

Also I'd like a reasonable signal so that I can get reception anywhere in my two bedroom terrace, and preferably not spend more than £50 unless it's going to make a lot of difference.

Many thanks.
