Learning Control Panel & security stuff

Hi,
1. where are the best free tutorials (hopefully video) on learning about CPanel, especially about site security, site backups, etc.

I'm especially considering installing Joomla stuff and maybe phpbb.com bulletin boards if the Joomla bulletin boards can't meet all our needs.

2. What do people think about Joomla BB's V phpbbs?

The cPanel can differ between hosts, so you probably won't find generic cPanel tutorials. Your host should have a FAQ or help area to talk you through using their cPanel, I know my host has a lot of good documentation.

Your host should be able to point you in the right direction. However, if you find out what theme you are using, someone here might be able to help. :)
