You can join tracks in iTunes when ripping CDs.
1. Select tracks
2. Advanced --> Join CD tracks

GarageBand will do it or you can use a free program called Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/).

Well I think the OP means put short samples of each track of a CD merged into one track and probably automatically?
