Apple Mini Display Port to HDMI or Component Video

Does anyone know if there is a cable that will convert the Apple Mini display port to either HDMI or Component Video (or even S-Video)?

I want to use my TV for a 2nd monitor for my Alum MB-but the only cables I have seen at the apple store are mini video to VGA or mini video to DVI-and my TV does not have inputs for either format.

I've seen full-size DP to HDMI adapters, but nothing for Mini-DP. You'd have to go Mini-DP > DVI > HDMI.
