OK, let's start off the titles that will be included in his library. Here's a few:

Grimms' Tales
Hop On Pop
Help Mickey Find His Ball

I know, I know. That first one is probably too challenging for him to read, but he needs to set a goal for himself.

What others?

No books. Just rows and rows of empty shelves. An enormous, expensive library building with thousands of shelves and absolutely no books is how I picture a Bush library.

I could only see "where's Waldo" and maybe "Faith of My Fathers" that has yet to be read. Oh and maybe the commission's report on 9/11 that also has gone unread.

"Where's Osama" ala Waldo :p

A book edition of "Where in the World is Carmin Sandiego" but also with Osama ;)
(Except it would all be still in shrink-wrap)

The Pet Goat

The Pet Goat

Yes friends, we have a winner. No need for any more trees to be sacrificed.

"My Pet Goat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Pet_Goat)" is the obvious choice. (I prefer the "My" vs "The", much more personable.)

"A real page-turner! When you pick this one up, you'll wish you never had to put it down!" George W. Bush

I would have thought the George Bush Memorial Sewage plant has to be approved first.

At least this way, there is a fitting place to house the library.

You sure it's going to be a library? Not a comic book shop? Or maybe one of those gift shops in a Bob Evans restaurant with the books that have the headlines from different years and the plaques with the "Hang in there."

A bunch of choose your own adventure books.

But they've all been given censored patriotic happy endings, "you made the wroRIGHT MOVE MR PRESIDENT, YOU SLAYED OFF THE EVIL GHOSTS OF GORLAX WITH YOUR USE OF AMERICAN MILITARY POWER, FIGHTING PROUD FOR OUR GLORIOUS NATION, GOD BLESS THE USA"

The good people of San Francisco voted against that idea (http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/n/a/2008/11/04/politics/p235359S31.DTL&type=politics). Apparently too many people felt that it would be unfair to the hard-working sewage plant.

Naw. There are lessons to be learned from the Butter BattleBook that Bush clearly wouldn't have understood.
