My app, WhatNext, has been on the app store for a little while, but I'm pretty sure it is a well kept secret. I'm hoping to change that 
WhatNext is a simple task / list management application that helps you focus on one task at a time and avoid the clutter of the usual task management approach. It also has a normal list management interface if you choose to use it as a regular list management app.
