How long should battery charge take?

I noticed that my battery takes a long time to charge, the meter shows around 90 minutes to charge up just 10%. Both istat and coconut battery shows that the health of my battery is healthy so is this really normal?

from what I understand, if it is last 10% it trickles it to reach the 100%
