should i upgrade my ipod touch 8gb from 1.1.1 to the new 2.1? It has already been jailbroken but I really want to sync with my exchange server when I go on a trip in a couple of weeks.
Are there any applications (jailbreak or iTunes) available that will let me sync with my v1.1.1?
Is this something that going to regret? Especially since I'm going to have to buy the upgrade!
Thanks for the help.

I think all you'll regret is losing your jailbroken apps when you upgrade, obviously 1.0 apps don't work on 2.0 so you'll have to do a bit of updating there.
Otherwise... why not update? I think 2.0 is a lot better and doesn't cost so much... also has the app store which is sorta cool.

Has anyone jailbroken the ipod touch 2.0? Is there a way to "jailbreak" from 1.1.1 to 2.0/2.1 without purchasing the upgrade from Apple?
Also is it even possible to sync mail/calendar/contacts with the 1.1.1? I don't see any options for any active sync configurations in the settings.
Thanks for the help!
