So on my previous notebook, I would turn off my wireless card via a hardware button. And I could turn off bluetooth by right clicking the icon and selecting "turn off bluetooth". I'm looking under vista in boot camp and I see no such option. So how can I turn off my wireless cards?

N00b question... how do I turn off wireless bluetooth and wireless network?

Just like any other Windows PC - go into Control Panel, then System, then Device Manager. You can disable hardware there.
