Every time I play Xbox Live, it tells me that my NAT setting is not open and that Matchmaking may be slow. So my question is this, how do I open up my NAT? I went to Airport Utility>Internet>NAT tab>and unchecked both "Enable default host at:", and "Enable NAT port mapping protocol", but it still says that my NAT is Strict. So what to do?

Did you ever find the answer to this? I am having the same problem with my Time Capsule.

You actually must enable NAT forwarding and enable the default host, and make it the same IP as your Xbox. I'm not sure if Xbox allows static IP configurations, and if it does, you should use it. If not, check the DHCP lease table on the APE, (Advanced -> Logging & Statistics -> Logs & Statistics button at the bottom) and look for your Xbox's IP and then enter it as the default host. Hope this helps!
