Target warranty

Hey everybody-

So I bought my ipod touch 2g at Target and got their protection plan/warranty.

My question is, it makes it sound like I can exchange it any time I want for scratches and stuff.

Is this true? If I go nudepod for a while and it gets scratched up, can I just exchange it for a new one?

It depends on what specifically they say is covered in their terms. Generally, cosmetic damage caused by the user is not covered at all under most warranties. They usually only replace it if there is a defect or failure.
