"itunes library" cannot be read because...

Getting the message "Itunes Library" cannot be ready because it was created by a newer version of itunes.

I just transfered all my info via migration assistance to my new unibody macbook from my old white macbook and I'm getting this message when I try to open iTunes on my new book.

Any suggestions, help please?
