Wondering how to start my macbook over again, like, clearing it and starting back over to the apple OS X welcome feature.

Passing my macbook off to a family member, just wondering how I can make it so when my sister opens it, it's like new.

is there an application that OS X comes with that makes this possible?

appreicate the help! thanks!

You can call Applecare and they could probably replace those for you.

Yep you need the discs because that's where the "clear" copy of OSX is located.

The Apple Store won't give them to you. You'll need to call Applecare.
