I've been looking for an app that does this since July, nice to see one finally finally came out :)
It seems to work pretty well, the only draw back as far as I can see is that you can't delete messages, todo lists/items, and milestones, but you can create them all. Missing the "D" in "CRUD (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Create,_read,_update_and_delete)" so to speak. I'd also like to see the dashboard overview, hopefully they add that in the next version.
The interface is pretty slick, todo items, comments, and messages look like the app store while the rest is similar to the Mail app.
This app is a must have if you use basecamp anywhere near as much as I do.
