Have you guys really tried putting it on straight? When I first took away my battery cover and put it on again it was really loose. Me being me I started to investigate, even placing it 1-2 mm "to far" to the left or right would make it really loose. Once I popped it in and out a few times on the "right" spot it never goes into the loose ones anymore. I sat and tried it 10-15 times the first time, carefully and adjusting it 1mm at a time to find the sweet spot.
Hope I made some sense, but this might solve the problem for the people who have loose battery covers.
Mine wasn't loose before I removed it the first time, and now that I put it back "correctly" it is not loose after removing it.
