The article mentions some things about lower support lower staff with OS X vs. other departments that use Windows.

But the switch they THEMSELVES did seems to be from OS 9 to OS X... THAT'S where they saved money.

Just a clarification, in case people the think the article is a story of switching from Windows to Mac. That's not how I read it.

I had myself talked into getting a mini iPod and found out they will not be in for a few more weeks. Now I've lost the itch and will probabley spend the money on something else. :(
