Question on Upgrading to Office 2004

If I have Microsoft Office 2001 loaded on my ibook but I don't have the disc. Then I want to buy Microsoft Office 2004 the upgrade version, will I be able to load it without it asking for the old version disc or old serial numbers?

No it's not out yet, but I plan on buying it.

Should be able to, so long as you don't delete it. Everytime you install an upg you need to be able to access the previous product, either alraedy on sys or with the discs.
Tis the ms way
