Identify this bit of Music

I am a newbie to this forum, i am not a regular listener of western music. I was traveling in a train in south part of india, that time i have heard this bit of music as a mobile ring tone. Such a nice start , but i couldn't identify that song. so i uploaded in Rapidshare. Please download the bit of music and tell me about the artist name.
