A month or so ago my iPhone 3G started developing a line that almost looks like bubbling right outside the screen. It seems like it's grown and it's quite disconcerting and annoying. I tried to take good close-ups but I have no macro capabilities so the pictures are a little (ridiculously) blurry. Let me know what you think :( It's right under the glass and looks as if the glue that's holding the glass to the part below has come loose or something. I'm just guessing around.

Horrible pics. Take it to an Genius at the Apple store. Have them look at the actual iPhone.

I have the same problem. I also couldn't get very good pictures either but here is the link to the thread i started:

And a link to a more recent thread dealing with the same issue http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=593441

it seems that it will be replaced but I'm not sure.

I headed to the ATL Apple Store and they replaced it straight up.

The new iPhone had a faulty Microphone so I headed back and got yet another iPhone. This one seems to be working great.

Easy peasy...:p :apple: :D
