Well every since I started DJ'ing about 10 years ago, I always used Sound Forge for editing, compressing, etc. So this year I bought a Mac and had looked everywhere for a comparable program. Others suggested Logic, Pro Tools, etc. Those programs are great but they are too complicated for just simple editing. I tried Audacity and that program just plain sucks.

This weekend, I finally came across Sound Studio and this is what I've been looking for! It offers easy editing on the fly and looks and feels more professional than Audacity.

If you're used to Sound Forge and want something very similar to it for the Mac, this is the way to go. It's not very expensive either...~$80.

I've been using Sound Studio for years now.. It's a great inexpensive audio editing app :)
