Hello, I recently got an iPhone 3G as a birthday present(which happens to be tomorrow) and after a while it stopped vibrating. I called the helpline and I restored it to no avail.

When I went to the APple Store they replaced it, but has anyone else experienced other problems similar?

Hey

If you face this problem again, then do the following
Go to settings - genera - reset - reset all settings

Now reboot, if still not vibrating then think that you likely have a bad switch, motor, or flex cable going to it. You will find a a mini flex cable that goes over to the motor. Maybe there is a problem.
