Hey I dont know if I'm in the right forum or not, if so let me know and I will change, anyways, here's my question....

I have an iPhone for a while now and my friend jailbroke me it...

I don't wanna always have to ask him to update me it and all when new updates happen so I would like to try to understand what all these terms are...

What does it mean when you say your phone is jailbroken???

Whats pwn or quickpwn

basically can anyone clarify what these terms are and maybe some other 'iPhone slang....'

And also...how do you do a Print screen...

jailbreaking means that you enable the phone to install third party applications and do other things that the phone wasn't originally intended to do.

Quickpwn or pwnagetool are the programs used to jailbreak your iPhone.

and print screen is shift cmnd 3.

and not to be rude, but if you had done a simple search on google all of these answers would have been super easy to find. :)

maybe on a mac but to take a screen shot of your iphone its done by pressing the home and sleep button at same time

Oh haha that's probably what he originally meant with that. My mac was just the first thing to come to my mind. :apple:
