Funny. I've never had any trouble before finding a liquor store. :D

Also, why on earth would you have to be legal drinking age just to buy an iPhone app about liquor stores? If your app was intoxicating all by itself, we wouldn't need to find any liquor stores. :rolleyes:

Personally, I find it easiest to just open up the Google Mobile app and say "Beer Store (city name)" and then click the link which will show my location via GPS and all the surrounding Beer Stores - and its free ;)

I've also never had to use an app to figure out how much money i'd get back from empties - really not that complicated lol

"Dammit I've got two cases of empties, if only I had an app to figure out what 48 x .10 is!!!!!!!"

@Doju

-Nova Scotia is coming soon! Hang in there!

@PatrickRS

-Yeah I know where all the liquor stores are around me too! This app should be helpful when traveling, or going to an area you are unfamiliar with. And the "must be legal drinking age" is part of an Act set by the government. We are not allowed to promote to minors.

- Your right it is really easy to use Google Maps. Unfortunately Google Maps does not list many of the Beer Stores and LCBO's in Ontario. And other provinces are privatized, so typing in anything Google Maps is not useful unless you know the exact store name. DRINKS has it own database separate from Google. Almost all locations are included, and we are working around the clock to make sure we get them all.

@juanster

-Glad you like it! Feel free to give us a review on iTunes :)

Thanks all!

Ahh, I remember being in Ontario and having to search out an LCBO. Fun times!

Good point. I wasn't knocking your app really, just having fun with you. I can see how it would be useful for those that travel a lot.
