top line on new al macbook screen fuzzing out

Upgraded last day possible from 2.0 to 2.4 macbook. The very top line on the left corner where the black glass meets the video screen is intermittently glitching or turning to fuzz and jumping around. It is only the left two inches of the top line of resolution...

ANyone else have this issue. very annoying.

I guess it is going back.

Yeah, definitely take that back because that is not normal. Sorry, I have nothing more to add. You shouldn't have a problem exchanging it.
