Does Apple Cooperate with law enforcement?

I run a website about iPod Theft - http://stolenipod.com , and would like know if Apple cooperates with law enforcement when served subpoena's regarding stolen property. I found a couple of interesting threads here already and would love to hear more about it.

When there is a subpoena and/or warrant, they cooperate.

If the cops simply request to have a stolen item or the name of the person dropping off said item, Apple doesn't.
