Turn off Wireless Keyboard and Mighty mouse during sleep?

Will it affect the battery life too much if I do turn off the Mighty Mouse and Apple Wireless keyboard overnight?

Yes, it'll conserve battery life, more so in the mouse than the keyboard, however.

I really wouldn't bother if I were you. Both devices will last a long time on one set of batteries and any convenience you gained by going wireless will be lost by having to turn them on and off all the time.

I don't manually turn them off either.

I bought both of my wireless keyboard and mighty mouse 3 months ago and I'm still using the original batteries.

Mouse is at 79%
Keyboard is at 56%
