NTFS HD with Data- in a PowerMac?

I have a 40gb HD NTFS formatted with 30gb of info on it. Is there a (simple) way to use it as a second HD in a Quicksilver or G5? Thanks.

I recently put a 120GB NTFS (5.1 - XP) Formatted drive into my G4/Panther machine and it was auto-mounted, although I must say that not all my data was there. An entire ~30gb partition of mp3's was missing, in this case not important so I just grabbed what I wanted and wiped the drive.

So just pop it into your mac and give it a go, if all your stuff isn't there, you can always network (if you have a Windows box that is)

Sort of.
You can read the data on the drive under OS X, but you can't write to it. You could copy the data off and reformat it as MS-DOS format (FAT32) with Disk Utility and then it could be read and written in both a PC and a Mac. Another option would be to use Partition Magic on a PC to change the format to FAT32 with destroying the data.
The short answer though is that NTFS drives are mounted as Read-Only in OS X.
