Hi
I was thinking about buying the EyeTV 400 for my mac G4. If any one on this forum has the EyeTV 400, could you let me now what you think of it please.
The main points of interests I am after is the picture quality. I now it has a digital receiver built into the unit but that still does not give you an Idea of how good it is in real world use.?
If anyone out there has any news could you let me now .
:) :)

Just be warned that most of the eyeTV systems have a time delay between the signal they recieve and what you get on your mac because of encoding. This might not be a big deal, but if you are looking to hook up a console gaming system, its just about impossible to play.

Why the 400, and not the 200?

Why the 400, and not the 200?
Because the 200 is analogue and I have a crap aerial set-up which mean for me band reception.
I was thinking 400 because its digital and I was hoping that would solve the reception problem.
That why I am asking has anyone here used the EyeTV 400.
