Please help, cant restore

I keep getting this message when trying to restore-can anyone please help me?

Tried the ideas here - http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1275 but still no joy.. Arrrrrg

Cut your phone off. Hold down the sleep wake button and the home button at the same time for 10 seconds then release the sleep wake button while continuing to hold down the home button for 10 more seconds. That should put it into recovery mode and you should have to do a restore. Good Luck
