So I just finished posting about how Installer is worthless and there's nothing it has that Cydia doesn't.

Apparently there's this new app available on Installer that incorporates ALL of the messengers (ICQ, AIM, Yahoo, GTalk, and MSN) but it's not available on Cydia...

Anybody know anything about this? Will I have to re-jailbreak and add Installer if I want to get this?

Has anybody tried it yet?

If you're talking about AgileMessenger, it's an old app that is only available on 1.x.x firmware. It wasn't available on Cydia, because on 1.x.x, most packages were on Installer.

However, on 2.x, Cydia has taken over, is the better app, and has all the packages you need.

I loved AgileMessenger. It definitely is better than anything that has come out in the App Store. I'm not sure what they're doing, but I hope they'll port it over to 2.x. It was a great app.
