BCC Group mail with ABContacts

[app]ABContacts[/app] and [app]ABContacts Lite[/app] have now a feature to use BCC when sending email to groups of contacts (firmware 2.2 required).

The lite version update is already available on the store, the regular version update should appear shortly.
