Photos Deleted - Can they be restored?

Man, I can't believe I've deleted all photos (about 120). I thought I want to delete the selected photos but I didn't pay attention about "Delete All Photos" because I assumed I was deleting the selected photos, not ALL OF THEM. It didn't even warning me if I am sure.😡
 
I assume you mean deleted all on your iPhone? Unless they were backed up to iPhoto, I think your out of luck.
