View Full Version : Apps with embedded SMTP

Do you guys know of any apps currently available on the app store that have a built in SMTP client?

I'm not talking about email client apps, but apps that have another primary function but allow you to send an email from the app itself without kicking you out to the iphone mail all.

We have a need to be able to send an email from our application so that the user doesnt have to close it and re-open after using the iphone mail app. This would be only to send email, not rec.

If you know of one, please let me know. I'm interested in seeing if it's been done and if so, how other's have implemented it. Thanks.

There is a google code project that does this, I installed it tonight and it seems to work well.

A.I.Disk (now called OneDisk) has this functionality also.
