SbSettings and blank icon in dock

I've update my iPhone 3g from 2.1 to 2.2.
Reinstalled last version of sbsettings and add program to dock.
Now dock appears with some blank icons, and there's no way to delete them (i've turn off all dock application and then turn on again, but the problem is still there).

I had them too. Not sure why. I started from scratch (and did not restore from backup) and they went away.

What exactly do you intend from start from scratch ?
Did you disinstalled sbsettings or simply turn off all the dock icon (and then turn on again) ?

My bad -- my post is written pretty poorly. I meant that I restored the iphone in itunes using my ipws created with pwnage and then chose to set up a new iphone, notto restore from the backup from my old iphone.
