2.2 and icons jumble up when i springboard

what gives? on 2.1jb they stayed where they were! very annoying.

i currently have these installed - any problems with these?

I have had them jumbled up when I was on 2.1 so I think the the new firmware doesn't have anything to do with it. I do know that 2.2 keeps apps that are updated through the App Store in the same place as they were before the update, instead of moving it to the first available space like they did in 2.1.

i like to keep my apps and games on separate screens even with spaces on pages - this was fine with 2.1jb now with 2.2ib i'm back to how it was with 2.0! argh

and i have currently enough icons to fill 3 pages but if i put one on its own to a 4th page and springboard the 4th page is lost and icons jumble up. even my fb app on the dock goes back to the page and is always replaced by the ipod icon!

restored to another copy (slightly different date) and 2.2 jb works fine. oh well! :p

that's great to hear. I am waiting to update to 2.2 until the dev team releases the unlock. I don't see a big reason to update to 2.2.
