For anyone who does not know you can install xbmc on your atv and play divx movies off your network.

You can still use it even if you dont have a boxee invite :-)

Sorry, XBMC on the ATV simply isn't there yet. Front Row even plays 720p better than the XBMC Atlantis. Not worth the time or drive space, if you ask me.

I agree. The UI is not that great and not intuitive - the Apple simpliity is missing, also with Boxee, although Boxee is much better from a UI perspective

Yeah we lost the Files and Sapphire on the last update as it was not 2.3 compatible (ATVflash) and rlying on XBMC to play .avi's ain't great. I could not get XBMC to go to 1080i or P without looking funkee and 720p ain't great shakes either, it looked far better and was simpler with Sapphire.
