Cannot sync emails with exchange server - after upgrading to 2.2

After upgrading my iphone to 2.2, it seems that I cannot sync emails from exchange server (intermedia.net, the service our firm uses). But the calendar syncing works fine...How weird.

anybody with the same problem? any chance to fix it?
