So I just bought Logic Express...its amazing. I love everything I can do. But now, I have noticed that my sound quality is very crappy. I have decided I need to buy some stuff.
Currently I run my guitar/bass directly into my computer through the Griffin cable (line in on my MBP). The quality is pretty bad. I read through the interface thread and I decided that I will buy the Behringer F-Control FireWire interface. I think that should suit my needs. On top of that I need to buy some mics. I would like to spend less than $100 on this. I need a mic for vocals and for recording acoustic guitar. Any recommendations??
What else do you think I need? Would really love some help on this.
This is my plan....Guitar--->pedals---->interface--->Mac....what else do I need. For bass its more like...Bass--->pedals--->Backline 600 head--->interface---Mac.
