your location is your billing address. Doesnt matter where you go with it. Long distance is free anyway.

You can't have a different area code from your billing address.

That is not true at all! ATT can issue you a phone number from any area code regardless of the billing address.... go into a store adn talk to someone other than a 19 year old kid with his pants down around his knees
