the Uk apple online is down!!!! whats is going to be new????

probably nothing, they might just be doing some maintainance. :confused:

Most likely maintenance, perhaps preparations for the upcoming VAT adjustment.

UK store down here also :D

Perhaps Apple are opening new super large glass cube Apple Stores in all the MFI locations that are now empty. You also get to take your Mac home and assemble it yourself with the supplied (normally missing) allen key. ;)

Apple have bought out Woolworths. It's now gonna be iWoolies :D

You have to book an appointment with a Genius to get Pick 'n' Mix because they'll tell you which fizzy cola bottle best suits your needs ;)

This is the result of switching to intel. Apple end up trying to flog over price, made in China, style before substance (FW), computers through a nation wide network of garish shops. They have priced the new MacBook so high just so we have a Wollies BOGOF next week.

It's up now, maybe they just took it down to put up the sales? It looks like they put price discounts on a lot of the products. (They say "Savings" where it used to say "New")

Odd, I saw your post and went to the store. it was up, and interactively available, for several minutes.

Now it's down.

Weird. Some sort of akamai-like phasing?

The US online Apple store is down... Black Friday here we come (to some "ok" discounts - discounts never-the-less).

Yep, I agree...I am expecting the $149 dollars off the top end MacBook (fingers crossed). I hope they will allow me to use my education discount in conjunction with the BF discount.

US store is back up.
$51 off entry level imac/macbook
$101 off the rest of imacs/macbooks except no discount on the 3.06MHz imac
no discounts on macbook airs and macbook pros
