Depends what you mean by fuzzy. Compared to my MBP the webcam on the MBA is quite 'fuzzy' because it is much lower resolution. There is quite heavy image noise.

Oh dear, I've been wanting to purchase the Air. I use iChat quite a lot so would you say the image noise makes iChat unpleasant? I have a nice internet upstream speed, 2.5Mbps so picture quality has been excellent on my Mac Pro.

It is not as clear as my previous Macbook Black.

It does have lower resolution than the other Apple notebooks but as long as you are in a well lit space, it's acceptable.

The image just isn't as crisp as on the relatively state of the art camera in the larger laptops. It is perfectly usable, it just uses a lower resolution (megapixel) camera.

I always wondered why Apple did this, couldn't they fit their original webcam their in the Air?

Yet, I find it very nice compared to PCs but not Macs :D

Well I bought one :) Aren't they gorgeous, i love the way it feels to hold and to type.

iSight resolution is indeed disappointing (i'm surprised it isn't the same as other Macs) but at least I knew what to expect.
